Safety

Always remove all packaging from products before use and keep out of reach of children and pets. Always supervise children and pets white products are in use. Do not allow pets to chew, play with or swallow any parts or products. Pup Stuff Supply LLC is not liable for any accidents, injures or deaths related to improper use, storage or disposal of products and packaging.

Care:

We recommend occasionally hand washing all items with a mild soap and lay flat to dry to prevent ware and tare. Our products are durable and built to last but not guaranteed. As we all know, nothing is indestructible when it comes to pets.

Pricing and Discounts

All pricing is listed in US Dollars and is subject to change at any time without notice.

Sales tax is calculated based on current sales tax rate for the shipping address at the time the order ships. Orders shipping to FL will be charged local sales tax rate.

Only one discount code will be honored per order. Discount codes and sale prices or promotions are subject to change at any time. Discount codes will not be added to an order after your order has been submitted.

Shipping

Processing time prior to shipping is typically 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Processing times are not guaranteed. Shipping and transit times will vary based on shippers current lead times and destination. Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Please make sure shipping information is correct prior to submitting your order. Shipping addresses can not be changed after you have submitted your order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address submitted on your order.

Pup Stuff Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages after the shipper has labeled your package as “delivered”.

Returns

Please be sure to check sizes and measurements prior to ordering. We do not offer exchanges due to limited stock and availability. If an acceptable item is returned you will be refunded and you will need to place a new order.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and received within 30 days of original delivery date. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracking number when shipping returns. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Not all items are eligible for return. Sale or clearance items are not returnable and are Final Sale. Items must be new and unused, this means hair/ fur free and unaltered. Used, dirty, hairy, chewed or damaged items sent back will not be refunded and will not be returned to the buyer.

Once your return is reviewed and accepted you will be refunded to your original form of payment fo the item cost. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Cancellation

Orders may not be cancelled after a tracking number has been issued or the item ships out.

We reserve the right to cancel and refuse sale for any order that we believe is fraudulent.
